This 2-day programme is targeted at middle managers and focuses on leading teams. Participants will learn within a practical environment how to manage multiple high-performing teams conducting concurrent activities in dynamic environments.
Participants will master the concepts of functional leadership, decentralised command, and how to make effective decisions. This is a fast-paced action-packed programme designed to enhance the performance of managers.
Lead from the Front Programme
The Lead from the Front Programme is a 5-day residential programme that focuses on introducing organisational leaders, to an effective and unique way of thinking about leadership. The programme focuses on leadership strategies that have been utilised by some of the greatest military leaders, past and present. You will learn to effect positive change and influence others through a process of providing purpose, direction, and motivation to accomplish ‘the mission’.
Participants will take part in military scenario training experiencing a range of physical and mental fatigue putting their newfound skills of leadership and resilience to the test during the “longest day”.
Participants leave having earned the respect of their peers with a newfound understanding of leading organisations in dynamic environments.
