Overview
The Lead from the Front programme is a 5-day residential programme that focuses on introducing organisational leaders, to an effective and unique way of thinking about leadership. The programme focuses on leadership strategies that have been utilised by some of the greatest military leaders, past and present. You will learn to effect positive change and influence others through a process of providing purpose, direction, and motivation to accomplish ‘the mission’.
